Spanish court sentences Brazil's Dani Alves over sexual assault

Dani Alves, former Brazilian footballer, has been convicted by Catalonia's highest court for sexually assaulting a woman at a Barcelona nightclub in 2022. He has been sentenced to four and a half years in prison and ordered to pay 150,000 euros ($162,990) to the victim.
